The 18 year old stunner showed off her new look as she stepped out with her mum and sisters for the launch of their new apps.
Later ,she was spotted out and about in a short jumpsuit, looking remarkably like her sister,Kim, with her new blonde look.
Kylie claims this is her natural hair as opposed to wearing wigs.
