The much awaited trailer of the movie ‘Concussion’ is out, but it has been greeted with mixed reactions from Nigerians.
In ‘Concussion’, American actor Will Smith plays Nigerian medical doctor, Dr Bennet Omalu,
who in 2002 discovered a neurodegenerative disease affecting the brains of NFL players.The Oscar winning actor’s Nigerian accent has since become the object of criticism by Nigerians who believe he didn’t
represent the language well enough.
